Frances is a managing associate in Simmons & Simmons’ international Dispute Resolution department in London. She has extensive experience in group litigation, including Group Litigation Orders, Representative Actions, and high-volume litigation. She specialises in both litigation and arbitration arising out of commercial contracts and complex transactions involving multiple jurisdictions.

Frances leads the firm’s ESG and TMT practice and works with corporates to understand their global ESG needs and obligations. She has significant experience advising clients across the Energy, Textiles, Technology, Media and Telecoms, Healthcare and Life Sciences, and Banking and Financial sectors on a range of ESG issues including risk mitigation, supply chain management, regulatory compliance and gap analysis.
