Fiona is a partner in our Employment practice in London and leads the firm’s international employment investigations group. She advises clients on complex, sensitive and high value employment matters, helping organisations navigate legal, regulatory, governance and reputational risks with clear, pragmatic and commercially focused advice.

Fiona has particular expertise in litigation, workplace investigations, conduct issues, culture reviews, whistleblowing, regulatory employment matters and senior level disputes. She regularly advises her clients on the full spectrum of day to day HR and employment issues, including contracts, bonus arrangements, TUPE, workforce restructurings, grievances and disciplinaries.

Extensive experience advising regulated and international businesses

Fiona acts for a broad range of clients including financial institutions, asset managers, professional services organisations, and TMT sector clients. She is highly regarded for her work advising regulated clients, including those regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), and regularly advises on issues arising at the intersection of employment law, regulation, conduct, and culture.

Fiona also supports clients on cross-border investigations and workforce issues, coordinating advice across multiple jurisdictions to provide a seamless and consistent approach.
