Duncan is a Managing Associate in our "absolutely stellar" Competition, Antitrust and Trade team in London. Duncan specialises in competition and regulatory law and has extensive experience of their application within a wide range of industries. He has advised on both UK and EU competition investigations and sector enquiries/market investigations, as well as Phase 1 and Phase 2 merger investigations. Duncan has also helped lead on the defence of some of the UK's most significant class action competition damages cases.
