The Simmons & Simmons (Beijing) Intellectual Property Agency specialises in formulating, implementing and managing IP portfolios and enforcement of IP rights in China. We also have extensive experience in the areas of regulatory approval, trade secrets protection, negotiation and drafting of IP agreements, and domain name dispute resolution.

We’re also proud of our work with pro bono clients, including the StarPower charity, which promotes the welfare of retired and injured athletes.

Chinese regulations allow us to advise clients on the impact of Chinese law and to provide a range of other services. We have established good relationships with local law firms and we work closely with them to issue formal legal opinions when required.
