Join us as we look at the new Personal Information Protection law, with a focus on its impact on the workplace and internal investigations.
In this session, our specialists will lead an interactive session focusing on the key implications of PIPL to employers, in particular, updates of employment documentation, dealing with internal investigations including background check, conflict of interest check, interviews etc.
