Trade

The legal implications of trading with or from the UK post-Brexit.

What's happening?

The UK will now trade with the EU under the terms of the Trade and Cooperation Agreement. The UK also benefits from a number of its trade agreements with non-EU countries.

Our team guides clients through all aspects of international trade law and provides clear solutions for a complex and constantly changing environment. This includes guiding clients through all aspects of international trade (eg supply chain analysis, the implication of new trading arrangements, treaty interpretation, etc.).

How we can help

Our London team works closely with our other international offices and the UK Government team to ensure we are always up to date on the latest development on trade policy, Brexit, and the regulatory responses both in the UK and abroad.

This allows us to provide comprehensive, straightforward advice on the trade law implications of Brexit and of other geopolitical events for both regulated and non-regulated industries.
