An accomplishment of sorts: the UK’s global trade position post-Brexit
In this webinar, Satyen Dhana and Romain Girard discuss the changes to the UK's trading position since the 01 January 2021.
With the end of the transition period, the UK no longer benefits from a host of trade agreements made by the EU on behalf of its member states. That being said, the UK has entered into a number of bilateral and multilateral trade agreements over the past two years, most of which have come into effect on expiration of the Withdrawal Agreement's transition period. Satyen and Romain discuss where this leaves the UK's trade position, and what more needs to be done.
