Our experience

Supporting transactional teams

With plain English and simple design, we created a suite of contract terms to optimise our client’s contract templates. With outdated contract templates leading to a lot of unnecessary negotiation, we transformed their templates to be more flexible and suitable for new market routes and product lines. Through workshops and diagrams that visualised the new structure, we then took on client feedback to iterate the process. The result? Streamlined and easy to use contract templates that grow with the business.

Supporting contentious teams

By creating a report generator that analysed disparate data sets, our client could easily respond to tax authority queries. This generator saved our client £100m, by allowing our tax team to supplement litigation correspondence and defend a claim.

Supporting regulatory teams

Our bespoke anti-money laundering training program helped a leading financial institution maintain global compliance. With their diverse workforce in mind, we created training content that worked for different teams. And we put together an interactive dashboard to see areas of the business underperforming in compliance, so they could offer them further training.
