Andrea is a supervising associate in our Corporate & Commercial group in Milan and specialises in Energy.
He deals with transactions in the renewable energy sector with particular focus on M&A and project financing aspects. He advises Italian and international clients, including private equity funds, infrastructure funds and developers, on solar, wind, biomass, green hydrogen, battery energy storage systems projects and any other technology related to renewable energy.
