Simmons advises Goodix Technology on the sale of Dream Chip Technologies.

International law firm Simmons & Simmons LLP, renowned for its expertise in high-tech transactions, has successfully advised Goodix Technology on the sale of Dream Chip Technologies GmbH and Dream Chip Technologies B.V. to Tessolve, a leading global semiconductor engineering company and division of India’s Hero Electronix group.

Dream Chip Technologies is a semiconductor chip design firm specialised in the development and design of ASICs (application-specific integrated circuit), SoCs (system-on-chip), and FPGAs (field programmable gate array). The acquisition of Dream Chip Technologies strenghtens Tessolve's presence in Europe and its capabilities in ASIC design projects in the AI, automotive, and data center markets.

Goodix Technology is an integrated solution provider for applications based on IC (integrated circuit) design and software development. Goodix Technology, headquartered in Shenzhen (China), provides industry-leading software and hardware semiconductor solutions for smart devices, IoT applications, and automotive electronics.
