The Paris office of international law firm Simmons & Simmons has advised Innergex France, the French subsidiary of Innergex, a global independent renewable power producer, on the structuring and closing of the financing for the “Grenier des Essences” project, Innergex’s first solar farm in France, with an installed capacity of 93 MWp and located in the Yonne département.
The financing closing will enable the continuation of the construction phase: nearly 100 hectares across 9 sites, the installation of 145,000 photovoltaic modules, as well as the extension of the private substation.
The Simmons & Simmons team advising Innergex included - Mary Serhal, Partner, and Antoine Reboulot, Of Counsel, supporting on the project finance aspects; Laure Nguyen, Partner, and Maguelonne Torti, on the regulatory aspects, and Arnaud Félix, Partner, and Domitille Cabaud, on corporate aspects.
