Antoine is counsel in the Paris Finance team. He works mainly leveraged financing, advising borrowers, lenders (senior/ mezzanine lenders and debt funds), and private equity funds.
Before joining Simmons & Simmons, he was an associate in the finance department of several international law firms in Paris.
Antoine teaches financing law at the University of Rennes (Master II International Business Lawyer).
