Maguelonne mainly advises clients on urban planning law and environmental law, particularly in the context of developing and defending major industrial and infrastructure projects.
She supports her clients at all stages of their projects, from development to operation, providing regulatory advice and litigation assistance, particularly with regard to environmental and permitting issues, as well as urban planning and land use issues.
Maguelonne regularly supports complex industrial projects and works closely with other practice groups on public law–related aspects of cross-practice matters.
She joined Simmons & Simmons in 2026, where she continues to advise and represent clients on high-stakes industrial and infrastructure projects.
Maguelonne was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2023.
