Mary is a banking and finance lawyer based in Paris, with a particular focus on acquisition finance, corporate finance, fund finance and debt restructurings. She advises on all types of senior and subordinated financings for domestic and cross-border acquisitions, including LBO, public-to-private transactions and private investments in public equity. Mary acts for senior, mezzanine and unitranche debt providers as well as, in certain instances, private equity funds and large corporates.
