Supreme Court judgment handed down

In case you missed the post on our Brexit blog page, the judgment of the Supreme Court in R (on the application of Miller & Dos Santos) v Secretary of State for Exiting the European Union was handed down on 24 January 2017. It confirms that the Government needs Parliamentary authority to issue notice under Article 50.
