Kirsty is a Senior Professional Support Lawyer in the Dispute Resolution team. She has a broad range of experience of general commercial and insurance litigation. She supports the dispute resolution group, in particular the contentious construction and insurance team, and is also a member of Simmons & Simmons’ contentious ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) team.
Her role includes developing market insights and thought leadership for clients on recent and forthcoming legal developments, identifying liability and litigation risks for financial institutions, asset managers, corporate bodies, construction companies and professionals, and their insurers. Key focus areas include fire safety, professional risk and ESG issues.
