Andrea leads the firm’s UK employment practice and is widely recognised for her strategic advice to leading financial institutions and her expertise in complex employment litigation and regulatory issues. She partners with clients on some of their most sensitive and complex people-related matters. In addition to management responsibilities for the UK practice, she advises on complex and high value litigation matters.

Andrea supports clients on high value and significant Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation as well as other sensitive employment matters including global cross border projects and sensitive change matters. She is a trusted adviser on the Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SMCR), frequently handling investigations and compliance issues in FCA-regulated businesses.
