As always, the central aim of this ADA edition was to discuss a number of the most topical developments in the derivatives space. The developments were discussed in a number of practical and insightful presentations.

A status update was given on benchmark reform and SwapClear’s EMIR recognition. Furthermore, in light of the phase-four and phase-five firms coming into scope of EMIR initial margin rules shortly, the challenges and solutions for asset managers and the legal perspective were discussed.
