在市场期待已久后，香港联合交易所有限公司于2021年12月17日公布了对特殊目的收购公司（SPAC）新上市制度的咨询总结。继美国、英国和新加坡现行的SPAC上市制度，香港将设立全新SPAC上市制度，并于2022年1月1日起生效。
