It has been two and a half years since the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) introduced several changes to the UK Main Market IPO Regime. As we look forward to a potential spate of IPOs in 2021, it is a good time to reflect on the impact of those changes on the IPO process and whether we can start to talk about market practice being established.
