Our Dublin Corporate and M&A team were delighted to author the “Share Acquisitions in Ireland” chapter on Practical Law by Thomson Reuters. The chapter provides a comprehensive overview of the typical transaction process and key legal and practical considerations when acquiring Irish businesses by way of share purchase.

In addition, we also authored the Irish chapter of the same publication in respect of the laws, rules, regulations and best practice relating to the preparation of, and conduct at, general meetings of both private and public companies in Ireland.
