On 22 June 2020, the EU’s Regulation on the establishment of a framework to facilitate sustainable investment (the Framework Regulation) was published in the Official Journal of the EU.
In light of this important milestone, we have produced a note summarising the Regulation's key provisions and drawing out the requirements which will be most relevant for asset managers and their ESG implementation projects.
