Diversity - the international overlay

In recent months, the UK (in particular) has seen a significant increase in the attention being paid to improving diversity in the workplace (key resources are available here).

Vicky Wickremeratne recently travelled to Asia to discuss the momentum with clients and colleagues and distil the learning from the UK’s experience. It is particularly noteworthy that, notwithstanding that local legislators appear not to be planning similar gender pay transparency initiatives at this time, levels of engagement on the issue amongst Asia-based businesses was very high.
