Sara is a Supervising Associate in the Employment group at the Madrid office of Simmons & Simmons.
She advises national and international companies, including listed entities, on the day-to-day employment matters. Her experience covers, among others, hiring and termination, organisational restructuring, HR and remuneration policies, collective bargaining topics, social security aspects and top management arrangements. Sara has also significant experience in labour litigation, representing companies in both individual and collective disputes, providing support throughout the entire process.
In addition, she is experienced on the employment aspects of major international transactions, including due diligence, transfer of undertakings advise, and post-closing implementation.
Sara holds a double degree in Law and Political Sciences and a Practice Law Master’s degree from CEU University.
Previous to joining Simmons & Simmons, she has worked for other international law firms.
She is fluent in Spanish and English.
