His practice covers the full spectrum of financing matters, including acquisition and leveraged finance, real estate finance and corporate lending. A significant part of his work is dedicated to fund finance, where he advises on subscription line facilities, NAV financings and other bespoke fund-related lending structures.
Fabien also has extensive experience in restructuring and insolvency matters, supporting clients in distressed situations, debt restructurings, workouts and recovery strategies.

He graduated from the University of Bordeaux in 2001 and obtained an LL.M. in European Law from Saarland University in 2002. He is admitted to practise in Luxembourg and speaks French, English and German.
