Regina Radam is an associate in our Düsseldorf office and a member of the Dispute Resolution practice group. She advises national and international companies on all matters related to litigation, insurance law, and compliance.
She studied law at the University of Hamburg, graduating in 2021 with a focus on labor law and its intersection with corporate law. She subsequently worked as a research assistant at a leading international law firm.
In 2023, she earned her Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Business Law from UCLY – Lyon Catholic University. During her studies, she conducted in-depth academic research on the regulation of AI systems within the European Union and wrote her master’s thesis on this topic.
She completed her legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf. During this time, she was already working as a legal clerk in the Dispute Resolution Team. She also gained valuable experience at the Federal Ministry for Digital Affairs in Berlin.
