Vincent is a partner in the Amsterdam office, focusing on corporate M&A and private equity. He advises private equity investors, private equity backed businesses, financial institutions and corporates on both domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, with particular experience in financial services, infrastructure and TMT.
Vincent also advises on contentious corporate matters including the pre-litigation phase of shareholder and joint venture disputes, distressed M&A and restructurings.
Before joining Simmons & Simmons as a partner, Vincent worked at A&O Shearman. He was admitted to the Amsterdam Bar in 2013 and holds an LLM and LLB from Leiden University and a Diploma in Legal Studies from the University of Oxford.
