Philip Thürmer is Supervising Associate in the German Real Estate team. His practice focuses on real estate transactions as well as on the (re-)structuring of joint ventures, with a focus on logistics and light industrial assets. In addition, he advises on commercial lease agreements and general asset management matters, with a particular interest in current developments impacting the real estate sector.
He advises institutional investors, asset managers, private equity funds and corporates on all real estate transactions, portfolio (re-)structurings and project developments.
