Lidia is a lawyer member of the Digital Business and TMT practice, part of the Corporate & Commercial group in the Milan office.
She advises clients on a range of businesses and technology issues, including digital platform regulations, telco matter, data protection and privacy. Her expertise also covers compliance with the latest privacy and digital regulations, such as the AI Act, Data Services Act, Digital Markets Act, NIS2 Directive, DORA, and other recent EU and international frameworks.
Prior to joining the firm, she worked for the legal team of an international “big four” firm, where she was involved in due diligence activities for the analysis of data protection compliance profiles, privacy assessment projects in different jurisdictions, security incident management and cross-border data flows.
