Darren is an associate in the firm’s Singapore employment practice and advises clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters spanning the full employment relationship.
Darren regularly assists with drafting and reviewing employment documentation such as employment contracts and handbooks, advising on termination and retrenchments, and preparing separation documents. He also has experience handling contentious employment matters involving employee misconduct and investigations, wrongful dismissal and compensation claims, and the enforcement of restrictive covenants.
Prior to joining the firm, Darren practiced at a leading disputes firm in Singapore, where he gained broader regulatory and commercial disputes experience advising and acting for financial institutions, government-linked entities and multinational corporations on litigation and regulatory issues.
