Anastasia is an Associate in our Frankfurt office. She advises national and international banks, financial institutions and issuers on complex capital markets and structured finance transactions, in particular in relation to bond issuances, warrants and certificates.
She studied law at the Goethe University in Frankfurt and completed her legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main. During her legal education, Anastasia gained extensive practical experience in capital markets law at an international law firm as a research assistant. In addition, she worked at a boutique law firm focusing on foundation law, non-profit law and asset-related matters. She also completed further placements at several international law firms.
Anastasia is fluent in German, English and Russian.
