Azadeh is a Supervising Associate specialising in complex Intellectual Property (IP) disputes, advising on litigation strategy in the UK, and coordination of pan-European litigation.
She has frequently provided commercially focused advice to leading clients in the Technology and Healthcare & Life Sciences sectors, drawing on her Juris Doctor and Biomedical Science qualifications. Azadeh has led multi-jurisdictional patent disputes including FRAND and SEP litigation in the UK High Court and Court of Appeal, as well as contentious pharmaceutical patent disputes such as high-value biosimilar launches, and small molecule litigation.
Azadeh’s expertise extends to patent term extensions (SPCs), exclusivity rights, preliminary injunctions, parallel imports, and the enforcement and defence of patents, trade marks, copyright, trade secrets, and confidential information.
She has practised in the UK for over five years after initially practising in Australia.
