Vicky is a partner in Simmons' Employment, Pensions and Incentives practice in London and is recognised in the Lawyer Hot 100 list in the litigator's category.
Vicky's practice is both investigatory and advisory, partnering with clients in tackling the most sensitive workplace-related issues, including those relating to discrimination and equal pay, whistleblowing and business protection. Vicky facilitates the speedy resolution of matters and oversees the strategic conduct of litigation where it becomes unavoidable. Vicky builds long term relationships with clients by understanding their specific challenges within the context of their businesses and commercial climate.
Vicky's work spans a range of sectors - regulated and non-regulated - including asset management and investment funds, financial institutions, technology, media and telecommunications and professional services. Her clients include asset managers, investment banks, hedge funds, technology businesses, law firms and professional services organisations. Prior to rejoining Simmons in 2025 - where Vicky was previously a partner - she was a partner at a Magic Circle law firm. Earlier in her career she worked in-house, including as a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs in Hong Kong.
