Francis is a real estate lawyer based in our Bristol office. Francis has over 20 years of experience working with various developers, owners, lenders and tenants in a broad range of transaction types but has spent the last 10 years focussed on the data centre sector including working as general counsel for a middle eastern data centre operator.
In that time, Francis has worked on many projects in multiple jurisdictions around the world, including the sale of a portfolio of data centres in London, negotiating a global template colocation agreement between a major US data centre REIT and a global software business, the sale and lease back of data centre assets in Singapore and working with a hyperscale customer in its acquisition of data centre capacity around the world, working on over 70 contracts for that customer.
