Victoria is an associate in the IP / IT team of the Paris office.
Victoria Quirin's practice focuses on intellectual property and new information technologies. Victoria acts for French and international clients, both public and private, in a wide range of sectors, notably the digital and media industries.
Her practice covers litigation (personal data protection disputes, trademark infringement actions, copyright, database infringement, press publishers' neighboring rights) as well as the non-litigious aspects of intellectual property (report and take-down of illegal online content, domain name recovery, contracts, clearance).
Victoria is a French qualified Lawyer, admitted to the Paris Bar in January 2022. She joined the Paris office of Simmons & Simmons in June 2025. She holds a Master’s degree in “Intellectual Property” from Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3 and a LLM “American law IP Law Concentration” from the University of Minnesota.
