Rachel specialises in business development, client relationship management, and marketing within the financial markets sector.
As the Head of Marketing and Business Development (M&BD) for the Financial Markets group at Simmons & Simmons LLP, Rachel leads the development and implementation of global marketing strategies for the firm’s largest and highest revenue-generating multi-practice area, which spans seven practices. Her work is centred on fostering collaboration, driving innovation, and delivering high-quality M&BD expertise on an international scale.
Rachel provides client-focused business development support for a range of clients across the firm, ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet them effectively.
Rachel is also a member of the firm’s first Strategic Advisory Council (SAC), a unique body of 14 next-generation leaders that combines strategic counsel with hands-on management experience. In addition, Rachel plays a pivotal role in the firm’s MA Development Programme, a four-year initiative designed to develop and support the firm’s next-generation talent as they transition to partnership.
