James is a Supervising Associate in the Brands division of the London Intellectual Property Group. He specialises in contentious matters, with a particular focus on the protection and enforcement of trade marks, copyright and design rights.
James has experience of litigation at all levels of the UK Courts, and regularly advises on opposition, revocation and invalidity of trade marks and design rights before the intellectual property offices.
James has a Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law and Practice from the University of Oxford and an LL.M in Intellectual Property Law from University College London.
