Giulia specialises in Italian and European antitrust and competition law. She assists clients in a variety of sectors relating to cartels, abuse of dominance, merger control and consumer law.
She works on both advisory and compensation for antitrust damage related matters, at both national and international levels. She represents clients before the Italian Competition Authority, the European Commission and the national authorities of EU member states as well as the national administrative courts (Lazio Regional Administrative Court and the Council of State) and before the specialised divisions of the ordinary courts.
Giulia also assists Italian and international clients in drafting and implementing antitrust compliance programmes.
She studied law at the Università di Firenze and spent semesters abroad at the University of Luxembourg and Geneva. She also trained at the European Parliament.
