Maria is an Associate in the Employment Law group at the Madrid office of Simmons & Simmons. With experience in labour litigation, she provides advice to both national and international companies on a variety of employment-related issues.
She joined the firm in 2024, after completing her education in Law and International Relations and obtaining a master’s in legal Practice. Maria has contributed to the field of Spanish employment law as a co-author of the book "Development of the Trial: Ratification of the Claim, Evidence, Conclusions, Final Proceedings", which offers an in-depth examination of labour judicial procedures.
Her practical and well-founded approach to legal advice positions her as a valuable member of the Simmons & Simmons team.
