Chris is a supervising associate in our Financial Markets department. He focuses on financial regulatory advisory for buy-side firms, including hedge funds and other private investment funds.
Chris was previously a capital markets lawyer at a Magic Circle law firm, mainly covering debt transactions including investment grade and high-yield notes offerings, convertible instruments, liability management exercises, and MTN program establishments, maintenance and drawdowns. He also has experience with equity offerings and public companies compliance.
Chris has also completed a fixed-term assignment as in-house counsel at a global investment bank, supporting the Hong Kong and Singapore equity derivatives desks.
Chris speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
