Elizabeth maintains a broad practice with a focus on the FI sector - retail, corporate banking and consumer banking disputes. Her work extends to assisting her clients in relation to complaints, county court litigation representative actions, as well as data protection litigation. Most recently, she was involved in successfully defending an application for a Group Litigation Order.

Elizabeth also has experience working in-house at both HSBC and Barclays and thus has gained a real understanding of the operational challenges in-house teams face and how external firms can work alongside those teams. In her various in-house roles, Elizabeth has provided legal support in relation to FCA engagement and remediation projects, complaints handling, judicial review, high volume claims, litigation strategy, commercial disputes, financial crime issues along with a raft of ad hoc disputes work.

Elizabeth joined us in 2010.
