Alex is a Counsel in our UK Corporate team. He has extensive experience advising on and project-managing a wide range of corporate transactions, both cross-border and domestic, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and exits, joint ventures and capital raisings.
Alex regularly acts for sponsors and management teams on private equity transactions. He has undertaken client secondments and teaches regularly on the BVCA's legal agreements in PE course.
