Halle has been actively involved in both public and private M&As, as well as IPOs and secondary offerings across various sectors and has experience advising on US Securities law matters.
Her experience is further enriched by secondments to an investment bank and our Dubai office.
Halle is admitted as a solicitor of England and Wales and to the bar of the State of New York.
