Carla Bender is an associate in our Employment team in the Düsseldorf office. She advises our clients on all employment law questions covering daily business as well as restructuring projects.
She successfully completed her law studies at the University of Münster in 2021 with a focus on EU Law. After her studies, Carla worked as a research assistant at a leading medium-sized German law firm.
Carla completed her legal clerkship in the district of the Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court. She gained valuable experience in another international law firm focussing on employment law as well as at the federal Ministry of Labor in Berlin. Carla also spent three months at the German American Chamber of Commerce in New York.
Carla joined Simmons & Simmons in 2024.
