Diederik Wintershoven is a partner at Simmons & Simmons in Abu Dhabi where he leads the firm’s Private Funds practice in the Middle East and heads the Investor Representation practice for investment funds globally across the firm.

Diederik also has extensive experience guiding asset managers through all aspects of private fund formation, structuring, and launches - especially within the ADGM and DIFC.
