Michelle is a member of our Singapore Financial Markets team. Michelle’s core practice focuses on derivatives, structured products and financial regulation. She regularly advises various international and regional investment banks on their structured finance transactions across various asset classes, including rates, equity and credit. She also advises on over-the-counter derivatives and assists with the negotiation and amendment of ISDA and GMRA documentation. Michelle also advises clients on the licensing and conduct of business requirements under Singapore financial services laws and regulations.
Michelle joined Simmons in 2021, and qualified as an associate in 2023. Prior to joining the firm, Michelle worked at one of the leading firms in Singapore, where she gained substantial experience in capital markets and M&A.
Michelle is qualified in England and Wales, and Singapore. She graduated from the University of Cambridge with a BA in Law (First Class).
