Precious is an associate in our Financial Services Regulatory team. She has experience advising banks on their cross-border business across multiple global jurisdictions. She also has experience supporting firms on large scale regulatory projects, including advising on the change in control aspects of corporate transactions and the implementation of new regulations. Precious has experience working with a range of clients, including banks, asset managers, payment institutions and crypto-firms.
