Linda is an experienced private equity and M&A lawyer (dual qualified in England and Wales and Australia). She advises private equity houses and corporate clients on a wide range of matters including leveraged buyouts, acquisitions and disposals, mergers, joint ventures and corporate governance. Linda has spent time in prominent international and domestic law firms both in the UK and Australia and also previously advised on general corporate taxation.
She has particular experience within the healthcare, life sciences and technology sectors but has also advised clients in the retail, FMCG, entertainment, energy, manufacturing and finance industries.
Linda has contributed to various publications including the Australian Revenue Law Journal: Vol. 17: Issue 1 with her article titled “Federal Commissioner of Taxation v. Hart: Did the High Court set the Threshold too Low?” She is honoured to have been recommended by Legal 500 in the past.
