Eva is an associate in the Digital Business team of our Paris Office.
She advises international and French clients on commercial and technology-related matters. She focus her practice on negotiation and drafting of IT contracts, data protection and privacy, e-commerce and related consumer law issues.
Prior to joining Simmons & Simmons, she trained in various French and international law firms in France as well as in Canada.
Eva holds a Master’s Degree in Business Law (Master 2 Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d'Entreprise) and a Master’s Degree in Franco-British Business Law (Magistère Juriste d’Affaires Franco-Britannique) from the University of Rennes, and a LL.M in International Business Law from the University of Exeter (UK).
Eva qualified as a lawyer at the Paris Bar in January 2024.
