Baptiste advises French and international clients in all field of intellectual property, including trade mark, trade secret, patent, design, copyright and unfair competition. He assists clients in both contentious and non-contentious matters.
Baptiste was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2024, the same year he joined our Intellectual Property Department.
Baptiste holds a Master’s degree in Economic Law and Intellectual Property Law from Sciences Po Paris. Prior joining Simmons & Simmons, he trained in various French and international law firms as well as at the Paris High Court.
He speaks French, English, Spanish and Italian.
